These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and padu33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting services available at padu33.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using the padu33 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Registration and participation on the padu33 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Users who do not satisfy all of the following criteria are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing any services.
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account's existence. padu33 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with international online casino licensing standards applicable to the markets we serve, including Malaysia. We may request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Underage Gambling is Prohibited. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated balances will be returned to the originating payment method, and all bonus winnings will be forfeited.
You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any subsequent time when accessing the platform. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the padu33 platform does not contravene any laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence. You may not register on behalf of another person or permit another person to use your Account.
Each User may register only one Account on the padu33 platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by shared name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other identifying data — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.
To access padu33's services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to promptly update your account information should any details change.
You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and payment details — is truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. padu33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to confirm the accuracy of registration information at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. padu33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
padu33 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in accordance with our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) programme. KYC verification is mandatory before a User's first withdrawal is processed. Verification documents accepted include a valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), passport, or government-issued photo identification. Additional documentation may be requested for higher withdrawal amounts or in response to compliance alerts.
padu33 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods. Deposits are credited to the User's account balance upon confirmation of successful payment.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your padu33 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. padu33 cooperates with competent authorities in any investigation relating to the source of funds or suspected money laundering activity.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for FPX/DuitNow bank transfers. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit in the Cashier.
padu33 does not charge any platform-side fees on standard MYR deposits. Users should note that their own financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply independent transaction fees, over which padu33 has no control.
Users may request withdrawals of eligible real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the User's own legal name.

These timeframes are indicative targets and not contractual guarantees. Processing may take longer during periods of high platform volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional compliance checks are required.
padu33 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees for standard MYR withdrawals. Cryptocurrency network fees (gas/transaction fees) are borne by the User and deducted from the withdrawal amount.
padu33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements of the relevant promotion in addition to the general terms set out in this clause.
padu33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated tools or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and colluding with other users to exploit promotions. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated balances and winnings will be forfeited.
Welcome bonuses are available to new, first-time depositors only. Specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to each welcome offer are displayed on the relevant bonus page at the time of claiming.
All games available on the padu33 platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's help section. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail.
All games offered by padu33 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are subject to independent RTP audits. padu33 does not modify or influence game outcomes. The use of any software, system, algorithm, or device designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, padu33 reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return all wagers to the affected account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session will not be honoured.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and esports events — are subject to standard sportsbook rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or otherwise void shall be settled in accordance with padu33's standard sports betting settlement rules, available in the sportsbook help section.

All content on the padu33 platform — including but not limited to website design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of padu33 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of padu33.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, padu33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.
padu33's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User into their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit padu33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
padu33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
In cases of account termination for breach of these Terms, padu33 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real-money funds, at its discretion, subject to applicable law and licensing authority guidelines. Any real-money funds that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the User via the most recent withdrawal method on file.
Users may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which padu33 holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between a User and padu33, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal good-faith negotiation. Users may raise a dispute by contacting our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. padu33 will endeavour to provide a written response to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority or an agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
padu33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
Your continued access to or use of the padu33 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
